CHANGE OF MIND
Please ensure that you are confident with the items you are purchasing before you go ahead with your order, as we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Indi-Rose consultations are always highly recommended as you will receive a prescription list of skincare product recommendations tailored to your specific skin.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
Rest assured that all of our brands we stock are tested out thoroughly, used and loved by us at Indi-Rose. It is very rare to come across faulty products, however, this still can unfortunately happen from time to time. If ever this is the case, we definitely want to assist you in making this right! We will simply require a few photos or a video clearly displaying how the product received is defective and if we approve, we will arrange a courier collection from your address of the defective product. From there we can send you out a new replacement or exchange product with no extra shipping costs at your expense. These exchanges can be made within a 30 day period of receiving your order.
